Events are remembered for the stage and the lights. Education is remembered for what people take home.
When WhatsWhat Prime asked XFusion’s co-founders how they help members grow, both gave the same answer: education comes first.
This article explains how XFusion education works, why it matters to the founders, and what any organisation can learn from it.
The goal: from zero to hero
Stanis Zichler describes the mission of XFusion education in three words: “from zero to hero”.
Many people arrive with little knowledge of the markets they are interested in. The founders’ view is that nobody should commit money or time to something they do not understand. “First, before they invest: what is the market where I am investing? It is very important to know what I do,” Stanis says.
His conviction comes from experience. Earlier in his career he lost around $100,000 in three weeks on an investment he did not fully understand. He calls it a “bloody lesson”, and it is one reason education sits at the heart of XFusion.
How XFusion education
is delivered
XFusion is built around three central pillars: Energy, Knowledge and Capital. Education is how the Knowledge pillar reaches members, and it sits at the heart of the community’s ecosystem alongside leadership development. The founders describe several formats working together:
- Training days that teach practical knowledge step by step.
- Mindset training that builds the confidence and discipline to apply that knowledge.
- Boot camps and in-person events, including a large boot camp in Turkey and trainings in Baku, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
- Community learning, where experienced members and leaders share what works with newer members.
Why mindset is part
of the curriculum
Knowledge alone does not change behaviour. Zeljko Cikojevic explains that real development starts with honesty: noticing when you start to fake things or manipulate others, and choosing to be yourself instead.
His most distinctive idea is that growth is often subtraction. “It’s not something you need to add,” he says. “You need to remove what you are not.” New skills take time and coaching. Dropping the habits that hold you back can happen much faster, and it makes everything else easier to learn.
It’s not something you need to add. You need to remove what you are not.ZELJKO CIKOJEVIC, CO-FOUNDER OF XFUSION
Practise one thing deeply
Zeljko also borrows a lesson from Bruce Lee: do not fear the person who has practised 10,000 kicks once; fear the one who has practised one kick 10,000 times. For XFusion, depth matters more than collecting information. Mastery is what allows members to “provide value to the people” around them.
Learners become leaders
Education is also how the community grows. Members who learn and improve become able to guide others. In XFusion’s model, today’s learner can become tomorrow’s leader, and knowledge multiplies through the network.

Education and the future
of XFusion
Asked where XFusion will be in five years, Stanis answered with education. The community will be “very, very big”, he says, because it teaches people and stays with them. Members who started knowing little remain because they were helped “from zero to hero”.
That direction continues in year two. After celebrating its first anniversary in Dubai on 24 October 2026, XFusion entered its second year under a new motto, WE ARE THE CHANGE, with education and leadership development at the centre.
- Teach before you sell
- Understanding creates commitment
- Pair skills with mindset
- Confidence turns knowledge into action
- Remove obstacles
- Help people drop what holds them back
- Turn learners into teachers
- It is the most sustainable way to grow
Who XFusion education is for
XFusion education is designed for people at very different starting points. Some members arrive with no experience at all and need the basics explained step by step. Others already lead teams and want to sharpen their mindset and leadership. The mix of training days, boot camps and peer learning means each person can learn at their own level, and more experienced members can pass on what they know.
In the founders’ view, this is what keeps XFusion education practical rather than theoretical: people learn, apply, and then teach others. Watch the full interview to hear the founders explain their approach, and read the cover story in WhatsWhat Prime Magazine, Issue 17.
