A world map with pins on it tells you where a community reaches. It does not tell you what happens between the people on it.
When the co-founders talk about the XFusion global community, they talk about the people: leaders “from all around the globe”, as Zeljko Cikojevic puts it, working with them every day.
Where XFusion members
come from
In their interview with WhatsWhat Prime, the founders named countries where their leaders and members are active:
- Vietnam
- Thailand
- India
- Russia
- Bangladesh
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Italy
- United Kingdom
- Nigeria
They say they now track activity in more than 190 countries, from small local groups to large, established teams. Each country brings its own language, culture and way of working. What connects them is a shared environment of information, ideas and events.
Built on relationships,
not campaigns
The XFusion global community did not appear overnight. Stanis Zichler and Zeljko Cikojevic have been in the industry for around ten years and built connections in the UAE and many other countries long before XFusion was founded.
Those relationships gave the community its first international roots. In most global networks, trust travels from person to person before it travels from market to market, and XFusion is no exception.
Ideas that travel both ways
Money, platforms and products cross borders easily. What makes a community international in a real sense is that ideas and experience cross as well.
Why XFusion still
meets in person
Digital tools keep the community connected every day, but the founders put strong emphasis on meeting face to face. Training and events travel: a boot camp in Turkey, trainings in Baku, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan, and community gatherings in many other countries.
“We are travelling with our community,” Stanis said in an earlier interview. Shared evenings and celebrations are part of the plan. They turn people who know each other from a screen into people who trust each other.
The clearest example so far was XFusion’s first anniversary, celebrated in Dubai on 24 October 2026, which brought international leaders and members together in one room.
We are travelling with our community. We are not sitting here in Dubai.STANIS ZICHLER, CO-FOUNDER OF XFUSION
One culture, many countries
Leading across so many countries requires flexibility. The founders rely on local leaders who understand their own markets, while protecting a shared culture built on authenticity, education and contribution. Local leadership with shared values is how a community grows across borders without losing its identity.

Why it matters to members
For members, the XFusion global community offers something a local group cannot: perspective. A leader in one country can see how others solve the same problems elsewhere, adapt what works and avoid what does not. It also offers opportunity, because relationships built at international events often turn into long-term partnerships.
The founders see this as one of the strongest benefits of belonging: you are never building alone, and the best idea you hear this month may come from a country you have never visited. Watch the full interview for more, and read the cover story in WhatsWhat Prime Magazine, Issue 17.
In its second year, under the motto WE ARE THE CHANGE, XFusion wants its international network to go further: not only connecting people across borders, but helping them take responsibility and create a positive impact together.
