The XFusion first anniversary was celebrated in Dubai on 24 October 2026. Ahead of the evening, its co-founders summed up the first year in four words: “The base is done.”

It was not a victory lap. It was a statement of readiness. After twelve months, the foundation is in place, and the anniversary marked the transition into the next stage of XFusion’s development, under a new motto: WE ARE THE CHANGE.

THE BASE: WHAT XFUSION BUILT IN YEAR ONE
An international community
The founders say XFusion passed 300,000 active members, with activity in more than 190 countries
Strong key people
Leaders in many countries who build and guide their own teams
An education ecosystem
Training days, mindset training and boot camps, from Turkey to Baku, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan
Three central pillars
Energy, Knowledge and Capital
A shared culture
Authenticity, trust and contribution, the same values behind the founders’ nine-year friendship

24 October in Dubai

XFusion marked its first anniversary with a celebration in Dubai, bringing together international leaders and members from around the world. Before the event, Zeljko Cikojevic promised the community “special things” and more than a conference: “It’s going to be a massive party.”

For a community that grew mostly online across many countries, the anniversary was the moment the network became physical, with people who had worked together for months finally in the same room. The leaders, their stories and achievements, and the energy of the evening showed what had been created in a single year.

WE ARE THE CHANGE

The anniversary also introduced XFusion’s new motto for its second year: WE ARE THE CHANGE. The message goes beyond the growth of the community itself. It is no longer only about being part of a successful international community, but about becoming an active driver of change: taking responsibility, developing people and creating a positive impact together.

In XFusion’s own words, the first year demonstrated what the community could build together. The second year is about demonstrating the difference it can make together.

WE ARE THE CHANGE.
XFUSION’S MOTTO FOR YEAR TWO

A roadmap for year two

The new vision is supported by a roadmap for XFusion’s second year, with development milestones, planned events, new initiatives and highlights for the community’s Ambassadors and members. The first year showed what could be built together. The second is intended to show where XFusion is heading and what new opportunities it can create.

Education leads
the next chapter

Asked where XFusion will be in five years, Stanis did not talk about products or numbers. He talked about education. The community will be “very, very big”, he said, because it teaches people and stays with them. Members who arrived knowing little are still there because they were taught “from zero to hero”.

A larger community also brings larger responsibilities: the right learning paths for new members, leaders who protect the culture as teams multiply, and real value for every participant. The founders’ answers are consistent with everything they said about year one: invest in key people, keep education at the centre, meet in person and stay authentic.

Ambition without a ceiling

In keeping with their philosophy, the founders do not set a single target for the future. Stanis describes doing the work he loves, “doing, doing, doing”, and Zeljko speaks of living at the “highest timeline”. The ambition is not small. “This was just the beginning,” they said. “It will blow your mind.”

A celebration and
a starting line

For members in Dubai, the anniversary celebrated what they had built together. For the founders, it was also a starting line. The first year proved the model. The second will show how far it can go.

They ended their interview with WhatsWhat Prime the way they often end conversations with their community: “See you at the top.”

What the anniversary
means for members

For members, the first anniversary was a chance to meet the leaders and peers they had worked with online, to learn from the founders in person, and to see the size of the community in one room. It was also a moment to set personal intentions for year two: what to learn next, which skills to practise and who to help grow.

Under the motto WE ARE THE CHANGE, the founders see the anniversary not as an ending but as an invitation to build the next level together. Watch the full interview, and read the XFusion cover story in WhatsWhat Prime Magazine, Issue 17.
